Combining technical expertise with strategic insight, Cindy delivers tailored solutions, from managing payroll and bookkeeping to optimizing financial systems and empowering smarter decision-making.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Cindy works with clients nationwide, providing practical, results-driven strategies with a personal touch. When she’s not helping businesses thrive, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two puppies or taking her Corvette out on the open road.

Natalie believes every financial statement tells a story, and understanding it leads to better decisions. With more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations, she has helped organizations improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and build systems that support growth. Her background spans corporate, private equity, nonprofit, and global business environments, where she has led process improvements and enhanced financial reporting. One of her proudest accomplishments was supporting the successful launch of a medical device in China. Based in Gilbert, Arizona, Natalie enjoys traveling, photography, and discovering new places.

Starting her accounting career during a tough economic downturn, she gained expertise in cost reduction, cash flow management, and process improvements. With over 15 years of experience, Mary has excelled as an accounting manager and M&A specialist across industries. At Oracle Profitability, she uses her problem-solving skills to help clients streamline finances and achieve their goals. When she’s not working, Mary enjoys outdoor adventures with her two children, finding inspiration in their curiosity and joy.

Dorene believes that careful, consistent work makes all the difference in accounting. With over 30 years of experience in accounting, she brings deep knowledge and steady expertise to her role as a Staff Accountant at OPC Team. Dorene previously served as a controller and was closely involved in a major merger and acquisition when a large corporation purchased the private company she worked for, an experience that sharpened her precision and adaptability. She is based in Young, Arizona. Outside of work, Dorene loves spending time outdoors camping, hiking, riding horses, and making memories with her husband, family and eight grandchildren.

Kimberly believes that accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail are essential to building trust and delivering high-quality work. After earning her Finance degree from the University of Alabama, she made the leap from a full-time admin job at a local hospital to bookkeeping, where she discovered her passion for helping small businesses organize their finances. With seven years of experience, Kimberly is excited to continue growing her accounting knowledge with Oracle Profitability. Based in Mobile, Alabama, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Guy, and their four kids. The family loves vacations at the beach in Alabama, and Kimberly also enjoys running to clear her mind.

After taking time away to focus on her family, she rebuilt her career with determination, shaping the steady and thoughtful approach she brings to her work today. Based in Houston, Texas, Jennifer is a published novelist with plans for her next book, finding joy in both storytelling and the discipline it takes to bring a story to life.

Crystaline Randazzo
Crystaline believes memorable brands are built through clarity, trust, and human connection. As the writer and brand strategist at Oracle Profitability, she helps translate complex financial work into language and stories that feel human, grounded, and easy to understand. For her, branding is about creating alignment between what someone does, why it matters, and how it is understood in the world. Currently based in Asia, Crystaline enjoys a nomadic lifestyle with her husband, quiet mornings with a good book, and the companionship of her Italian cat.
