Deanna believes in taking a steady, thoughtful approach—and making sure things are done right the first time. She’s been a numbers person for as long as she can remember (math was her favorite subject growing up) and found her way into accounting while working in apartment property management. Since then, she’s worked as a bookkeeper and controller across industries like construction, restoration, and software consulting. One of her proudest accomplishments was helping a remodeling company grow from one state to six, building out the systems and structure that made expansion possible. Based in Gilbert, Arizona, Deanna thrives on a good challenge—and off the clock, you’ll likely find her playing tennis, saltwater fishing, or cheering on her favorite Formula One team.

With over 15 years of experience, Mary has excelled as an accounting manager and M&A specialist across industries. At Oracle Profitability, she uses her problem-solving skills to help clients streamline finances and achieve their goals. When she’s not working, Mary enjoys outdoor adventures with her two children, finding inspiration in their curiosity and joy.

Starting as a receptionist at a CPA firm, she quickly transitioned into bookkeeping and built her own client portfolio. Andrea is proud of her work with nonprofits like The Boys and Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico, where her financial guidance secured impactful grants. Now based in Phoenix, Arizona, she helps Oracle Profitability clients streamline their finances and achieve their full potential. When she’s not working she enjoys cooking, fashion, and time with her family and young son.
