With more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations, Natalie has helped organizations strengthen financial reporting, improve accounting processes, and build the systems that support sustainable growth.

Her background spans corporate, private equity, nonprofit, manufacturing, medical device, and global organizations, where she has guided process improvements, strengthened internal controls, and enhanced financial reporting. Throughout her career, she has worked to simplify financial processes, improve visibility into business performance, and create reliable information leaders can trust.

At Oracle Profitability, Natalie works alongside clients to bring that same practical approach to every engagement, helping businesses build strong financial foundations that support confident decision-making.

One of the accomplishments she's most proud of was supporting the successful launch of a medical device in China, an experience that combined financial leadership with the challenges of operating in a global business environment.

Outside the Office

Based in Gilbert, Arizona, Natalie enjoys traveling, photography, and exploring new places. Costa Rica is one of her favorite destinations, and she loves experiencing different cultures and meeting new people along the way. An animal lover at heart, she's always looking forward to her next adventure.
