Joe believes every client deserves an advocate.

For Joe, that means taking the time to understand each client's business, the challenges they're facing, and what they're trying to accomplish. He believes his role isn't simply to provide a service, but to earn a client's trust and help find the best path forward for their business.

Joe enjoys looking at a challenge from different angles and finding better ways to get things done. Whether he's improving a process, solving a complex problem, or helping a client identify a new opportunity, he believes thoughtful planning and strong collaboration can make a meaningful difference. At the end of the day, his measure of success is simple: when the client succeeds, he's done his job.

Professional Experience

Joe brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, business development, and working directly with business owners. Throughout his career, he has helped companies identify opportunities, improve operations, and develop solutions to challenges across a variety of industries.

One of Joe's proudest accomplishments came while leading the optimization of a fleet operation serving New Mexico and Arizona. He managed maintenance schedules for 67 vehicles, oversaw more than 4,000 GPS map locations, analyzed route data, managed vendor contracts, and trained teams on route monitoring and system operations.

By improving route planning, maintenance schedules, and operational oversight, Joe helped the company save more than $250,000 annually through reduced labor costs, increased productivity, and more efficient use of its fleet.

That experience reinforced something Joe has seen throughout his career: when you combine good information with thoughtful planning and a willingness to improve the way things are done, relatively simple changes can have a significant impact.

Outside the Office

Based in Peoria, Arizona, Joe enjoys traveling and discovering new places. When he has the chance to get outside, you'll often find him swimming or boating and enjoying time on the water.
